Orders:
All of orders must be placed in writing, fax or E-mail. We never accept any responsibility for corrections or errors caused by verbal orders or instructions.

Cancellation:
All cancellation of orders in production will be charged for the total cost generated by materials and labors as well as process.

Pricing:
All of the prices for any products are quoted in US Dollars and FOB Shanghai.

Delivery:
Generally, the normal shipping dates will require two to six weeks after confirmation of artworks and orders.

Errors:
Emblempark will not be responsible for errors after paper or product proof approved.

Pre-production Samples:
Sample Charge and Die Charge must be paid prior to sample production and Sample shipping.

Random Samples:
Available samples are free of charge. Special requests are based on availability.

Returns & Claims:
All returns and claims must be claimed within one week after receiving delivered goods.

Repeat Orders:
Dies and moulds are hold for 2 years only unless specified by customers.

Right to Promote:
We reserve the rights to use all products in our advertising and displays unless advised in writing by the customer.

Rush Services:
Possible on most items. Rush charges will apply. Contact Emblempark for approval prior to submitting the order.

Trademarks:
We reserve the rights to demand a copy of Right to Produce from customers using logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, right of privacy, patents or similar licensed products.
